For a private residential project in Grace Bay, Turks & Caicos, we were commissioned to curate a complete art collection for a newly acquired luxury villa. Working closely with the client and the property’s interiors and architectural character, we sourced and selected 25 works by both international and Turks & Caicos-based artists. The collection brings together original paintings, works on paper, limited editions and specially commissioned pieces, creating a cohesive visual narrative throughout the villa while allowing each work to retain its own identity.

Beyond creating a beautiful collection, our approach considered the long-term significance and investment potential of the artists represented. 

We balanced established and emerging practices, examining the main pillars of our advisory; exhibition history,  career trajectory, market development and the wider cultural relevance of each artist while remaining within the client’s budget.  From initial research and acquisition through to framing, logistics and final installation, the project was successfully delivered with high praise from the client. 

The result is a collection that feels entirely at home in its Caribbean setting while giving the client something more enduring: a thoughtfully assembled contemporary art investment portfolio to live with and the potential to grow in cultural and financial value over time.
