A sale is confirmed only once:
Ownership transfers upon receipt of cleared funds unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse any transaction at our discretion.
Where a client requests that an artwork be reserved, a deposit may be required.

Commissioned artworks are created specifically for the client.
A commission is considered confirmed once the agreed deposit has been received.

Artists retain copyright in commissioned works unless expressly transferred in writing.
Shipping costs are generally charged separately unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:
Risk transfers to the purchaser upon delivery.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Any import duties, customs charges, taxes or local fees remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
For international transactions, purchasers are responsible for complying with local import regulations.
The Contemporary Art Advisory cannot guarantee customs clearance or local regulatory approvals in the purchaser's jurisdiction.
Any delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control.
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are generally considered final.
Returns may only be accepted where:
Claims relating to damage must be submitted within seven days of delivery and accompanied by photographic evidence.
Custom commissions, bespoke works and specially sourced artworks are non-refundable.
Clients must inspect artworks upon receipt.
